BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Some complainants allege they contract with the company to distribute ads and after paying fees their ads are not ran or do not begin circulation on the promised dates. Some allege proofs are not provided and efforts to reach the company to inquire on the ad status or to request refunds are avoided. Most complainants requested refunds.~~The company responds to some complaints by advising customers that their advertisements are currently in circulation or providing dates that the ads were ran. The company also responds to complaints by sending proofs mailing copies of the ads explaining the ads are being processed and agreeing to extend distribution times because of delays. In some cases the company indicated they are not responsible for production delays and that customers are advised that their second payments are due when the advertised proof is confirmed not when the ads are printed. In a few cases the company indicates that they have several advertisers that they have to deal with concurrently and this does cause delays. A few customers were issued refunds.
