The customer contacted our office on 01/04/2022 for a free estimate for his move from Plantation, FL to Port Saint Lucie, FL. After going over a room-by-room inventory with a senior moving coordinator the customer agreed o the terms of the estimate and electronically signed the estimate on Tuesday 01/04/2022. (A copy of the electronic signature was issued to BCA for their records). As you can see "P**** A. T****** signed, dated and agreed to the terms of the estimate. Also, an IP address and internet browser is provided. On the estimate you can see a breakdown of the estimated charges. The customer was charged by cubic feet. The cubic foot on the estimate is 1,369. After the foreman did a walk thru and checked the items listed on the estimate under the inventory section. The foreman informed him that he had more items then list and that his bill would need to be adjusted to take the additional items. Customer refused to pay the additional cost and instructed the foreman to load the truck up to 1,369 cubic feet mark on the truck. The foreman loaded the truck up to the 1,369 cubic feet on the truck like the customer requested. You can also see we gave an additional discount at the pickup of $275.00. At the delivery the customer s signed a form stating that his items were delivered, they were placed properly in his new home, and he had inspected the truck to make sure all his items were off the truck. (We have issued the following documents to BCA: Electronically signed estimate, Signed Bill of Lading, Signed Waiver Form, Signed Truck Inspection/Walk Thru Form, Signed Credit Card Authorization Form)
