I ordered an item for my car and paid for it and didn't get it. So when l called they said they would reorder it and l didn't get that 2nd order. Resolution Sought They owe me a refund u don't owe them

I contacted the company Amerimark and was informed that I owed them pass due 20.00. I told them that in the past I had gave the full amount paid in full. I also told one of the co workers had contacted me offering my coupons deals. I said no. Not interested at all. Then I said that I didn't want the merchandise and canceled the order. They sent me a letter and saying that I owe them the order which I never received the merchandise and I am not going to pay for something that I never received. I have called various times and been given the runaround. I don't want have nothing to do with this company at all. They are dishonest. The phone number is 800 801 6287. Resolution Sought Please help me in resolving this matter. I don't owe Amerimark Premier any thing.
