I would give no stars if it were an option

This company should be closed for fraud. I ordered a very expensive duvet from them in November of 2018. It is now June of 2019 and I am still trying to get a refund because I never received the duvet. There is no customer service number or representative available to speak with, just the ridiculous email that no one replies to. If you are considering buying anything from this company, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I have never been so frustrated dealing with a retailer! They should be out of business!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I am so fresuterapted. I ordered a personalized wedding gift from Andersen Avenue. After a month it didn't arrive, thus I began calling and emailing to find out the status of my order. Needless to say there has been no communication. I plan on going to the bank first thing in the morning so they can start an investigation and reimburse my money.
