Applebee's North Memorial Parkway reviews

I feel like taking care of the bill was NOT enough.

I dined at the Applebee's of Huntsville at the North Memorial Parkway location on October 18th around 1pm. I ordered the fiesta lime chicken. Upon having several bites of my meal I discovered a roach in my bed of rice. Upon alerting the waitress of my discovery, she immediately removed my plate and took it to the kitchen. There was a comment made by the waitress stating, "Why would anyone put a roach in their food." The manager on duty stated this to the waitress and she too was in disbelief of such a statement. I am offended and beyond disgusted with this establishment and something needs to be done. The manager took care of the bill but I feel like more needs to be done. The fact that he insinuated that it was placed in my food is down right absurd and the fact that I had a bacteria carrying roach in my food is beyond disgusting. I don't know what other options that I have because I feel like taking care of the bill was NOT enough.
