Terrible experience-Inadaquet service and billed 10x more than expected

Beware! I signed a contract with this company for $500 a month. Yes, I agreed to pay overage minutes but my account rep assured me he would watch my account so there would not be any big surprises. My first set of charges came in at $5000 without warning. I was not happy and was told this would not happen. It did and they will do nothing about it because I signed a contract. They did a terrible job with the service. Couldn't even get the hours or location right, they dropped calls and charged me for every minute. You don't do this to a small business. $500 a month contract turned into a nightmare with a $5000 bill. Buyer beware.
