I currently rent a an apartment at this CASA Madrid and all my neighbors that live here from my address , are evicted or decided to move out after lease for ,1 year due to leak on the Roof and that left a big circle on top and just said it's because window was open ,, yeah right pipes are old and furniture got wet ,my bed soaked of water and carpet felt like your on beach when walk and worst my father rest piece memory got wet as well i always kept them on carton box and drops all over the room , only thing they did was replace a square of carpet and conected big Fan for the concrete to get dry and the carpet can dry out so they won't replace entire carpet on room , wrong ,, so with time roaches started appearing coming in out from carpet that was old and black smelly , now am currently still leaving here still and they want to get me out in wrongfully way , and don't want fix nuthing or replace rug even with new lease , so they trying get all my neighbors that know about it because they have same problem with leaks and roaches they just want get new people in so they can slip the Labor and keep renting for higher rent to new tenants ,, now my kids have bites all over and all the food I buy is waste can't keep nuthing safe and ?? now am currently trying settle for negotiating something because I been here for 4 years Resolution Sought Be the professional that they are and not just want to get there Job done and get all tenants out , I want them to do what right because they trying get to higher position and reality they don't have no clue of what other people are even going through , stay with the law don't try brake skil tenents Rights by tricking them to win case on triel , fix what damages there is and be competible with Tenants negotiating because you are also a tenant or you need tenants to rent your apartments respect

This resident is currently in the eviction process for non payment of rent. They haven’t paid any rent since November of last year. Now they are claiming that there are a bunch of things wrong with their apartment? Each time the residents have put in a work order our maintenance staff has completed the necessary work in a professional manner. We have no records of the resident ever complaining about a pest infestation. If they would have complained about it we would have investigated it and treated it if necessary.

Place deposit for a unit on their property, things fell through and was promised they would return the deposit. It has now been 3 months and no action on their end Resolution Sought Issue out my deposit in the same manner it was given.

Thank you Ms. Rudolph for bringing this matter to our attention. We mailed out the deposit refund in December but it was returned back to us in January. We were able to contact you and arrange for you to pick up the deposit refund at one of our properties.
