They need to end the minimum usage fees.

Last year I received a 'minimal usage fee for not buying enough propane within 12 months (filled a 250 gallon tank once, so they charged me over $60 for trying to conserve my gas for heat because my budget to live on is $600 per month. Today I received a minimum usage fee bill and its less than seven months since that fill! they state their policy's have changed so apparently they can just arbitrarily decide to bill everyone for being poor and trying to keep the fill to once a year. Its the most criminal behavior I have ever seen. Literally charging you for not using what they WANT you to more than once a year. I will be looking elsewhere for my propane needs but right now they demand payment within ten days. When do they decide to randomly change policy and begin charging every three months for no use of propane in summer?! It's CRIMINAL. They need to end the minimum usage fees. People fill when they can afford to do so and charging them for not having the ability to fill to what they want is literally making difficulty WORSE.
