Horrible Experience

I would give them a zero if I could. There really is nothing nice to say about any part of my experience. I saw my surgeon (Husain) twice before surgery then on the day of surgery. Never saw him again....left numerous messages with the staff for him, I couldn't even get a call back! I couldn't even get the PA to call back....claims he never received the messages, which I believe. Since I could not get a call back, I had to finally make an appointment just to get a simple question answered. Next appointment which I made while meeting with the PA was to be with the surgeon. After I waited for two hour for my appointment with the surgeon, much to my surprise the PA walked in. The staff did not schedule the appointment with the surgeon, they couldn't get that at right, but they sure can get their coffee and food deliveries! After surgery I called to ask about when to remove my bandages as the instructions provided had conflicting instructions, I was told I need to leave them on until my next visit which was over two weeks away....seriously!!!! The real eye opener was after I complained to the PA and meet with the Office Manager..........NO ONE ever followed up. They just don't care!!! If they can't get the basic stuff right, I would question who they are hiring as surgeon.

I complained bitterly about my experience at Arrowhead orthopedics in Victorville. They didn't listen to a word I said and the care was abominable! I waited for hours for three out of five visits and the pain from sitting down became unbearable. I asked for an upper leg doctor and I get a Doctor, who specializes in the lower leg. I asked him to measure my leg because I knew I had a leg length difference. He took at least five x-rays and he didn't report anything when I asked for my medical records. There was nothing about measurements! I complained bitterly about the terrible care and they responded by banning me from all three arrowhead orthopedic locations! They wouldn't tell me why! I even got a certified letter in the mail saying I couldn't come back! If you want to get well do NOT go to arrowhead orthopedics!
