Unprofessional customer service at best
Purposed sofa and recliner. Delivery date 3/18/22; on 3/18/22 received sofa only w/o notification of partial delivery. Rescheduled recliner 3/23/23, no show Went to Ashley to speak with manager on duty, non available. They promised a call from manager next day; no follow up. Back to the store, spoke with Miner Williams with mo satisfaction at all. Gave a date of 4/4/22 of delivery and informed us that chair was received in distribution center but it was damaged. No one called us to inform us, so that was a made up story to appease. Treatment was very unprofessional. The associate, Kyle Fritts had no follow up. Sale made and after that no commitment to customer at all. No people skills at all. Very unconcerned after sale. I give them a 2 rating.
