This place is awful. They don't explain what they are doing, they will mess up your appointment and most of all they will mess up your mouth. The dentist put shots in my mouth and didn't even have the partial to put in my mouth. The staff had the never to blame it on the size of my teeth of why they messed up. I had to suffer with my mouth being numb for hours , headache and jaw pain for nothing. They also gave me a tooth British without letting me know it cost $130 and insurance does not cover any of this expense. This place is a more rip off and does not care if they mess your mouth up . Resolution Sought I would like a refund on the tooth brush for $130. They cleaned my teeth and I am willing to pay that but I feel they scammed me Into the toothbrush.

Company states: We spoke to the patient on 6/25/2024 and told her she could return the toothbrush unopened and we would refund the $135.00. but it had to be unopened. She signed a patient acceptance financial responsibility form on 5/1/2024 that fully disclosed the cost of all treatment including the toothbrush. As long as the toothbrush is returned UNOPENED it can be refunded as previously to the patient. I contacted patient today, she said the toothbrush is open and she cannot return it now. She did not want to discuss further with me.

I’m signed several papers that at was giving to me I thought was about the care credit. Nothing about tooth brush. I’m yes they offered for me to return the tooth brush. My child opened it so that is void. I would have never agreed to pay 135$ for a tooth brush if o knew that. Also no telling how much the mouth wash or tooth paste cost that was pushed on me as well. This place is a scam artist only out to make money! No care for their patients at all!!!
