I feel they are trying to take advantage of me.

I went because of a bad tooth. After being put through many different people there I was sent to an oral surgeon. After results I contacted them with insurance info. They in turn said I needed all kinds of work to the tune of 1831.00 . I gave them my ins info and they called me back and said I would need to pay 300.00 to make an appt. And 311.00 before starting the work. They said they had contacted my ins. and the 611.00 was just a portion of what I had to pay. I would need to pay another 200.00 for a final work to finish up. It turns out they never even contacted my ins. Company. I feel they are trying to take advantage of me. I want others to know so it doesn't happen to them. My new dentist did the work I needed and said I didn't need the extensive work that Aspen said I needed.
