Aspen dental complaints

I am a patient of Aspen Dental located 3257 Pennsylvania 940 STE 101, Mount Pocono PA 18344. The lower bridge was very thick and sloppy. No feeling of ridges when touching with my tongue. The opening of the bridge was too open and food would easily enter such a horrible feeling. Dr. tried to minimize the thickness which was the worst it was done while in my mouth. I kept telling her that my tongue does not rest well and I feel like I have a lump of cement on both lower and upper bridges. They are very tight and are making my teeth hurt and sensitive. On 10/16 my upper bridge was supposed to be ready and was horrible looking; they were too thick and wide to look like a horse's mouth. The doctor also agreed that they were done wrong and Dr. ordered the lab to redo it again. The lower bridge was very thick and sloppy. No feeling of ridges when touching with my tongue. Aspen is not professional. Resolution Sought I would like to start over at another dental place and would like my money back to proceed somewhere else. I hope and pray that someone can address this and offer me better service and options I can afford and be happy. This has made me depressed depress weigh loss and nightmares. I cry every time when leaving the office Hope you this can get addressed in a fair way Please if possible, please get back to me as soon as possible.
