Con artist non trustworthy business

Paid $1700 for custom audio install on my 2008 crown Victoria. Install was to include 4 door speakers,deck unit,2 amps,2 subwoofers and customer box with full wiring. Left the car with shop all day. Arrived to sloppy wiring and was told it was due to equipment in my trunk in the way. Nobody called to ask to remove it or have me remove it. After pickup of the vehicle same day, car experienced electrical issues and had to have the audio equipment removed before car returned to normal. Tried to seek some reimbursement for repairs and recieved only store credit offer. Recipient says no refunds on amps and special items. I did not buy any special items or was not notified of any special items or any special items noted on the receipt. The box can be proven to be used and not new, front speakers didnt work, wrong gauge wire was used. Speaker box was not secured as asked in the trunk. Since filed a small claims court case against owner. Claim to wanna work with me but have recieved no counter offers or contact from the business.
