My wife and I recently started financing a vehicle through Auto Simple around the end of February. Within the first few days the engine light had come on and they were able to fix that issue but over the next couple of days the oil light continued to flicker and we took it to one of their many mechanics who apparently fixed that issue but there was an even bigger issue. The engine would need replaced. We were put into another vehicle just 4 days ago and noticed that her right turn signal in the front wasn't working. We looked under the hood to find there was no bulb, in fact the wire had been cut and had electrical tape at the ends. We again go to one of their many mechanics who have to get the part from the manufacturer which will take a week for the parts. After leaving the mechanic a few miles down the road the engine light comes on. This is the second vehicle in the span of 16 days we are having issues and are not able to drive after shelling out almost 2,000 dollars. They've barely been driven and when they are driven there is an issue. Their cars are faulty and not safe. Resolution Sought I would like to get out of this contract if at all possible and take our business elsewhere.

Purchased a car from this place with warranty and am now left stranded after a 2 month mark with no car no way to get around and this place doesn't seem to care. I requested a different vehicle due to all the problems this one has had since on a week of having it with no help. Asked for a rental so that I can go about my daily life work etc. no help. They refuse to return calls. They refuse to keep me updated with this vehicle. Now I have had to miss a week of work and they don't care. They sold me a lemon and refuse to make it right. 17,200 is a lot of money for junk. I want something done about this. Resolution Sought Help me with transportation until they get my car completely fixed or trade it for something better that runs. Make it right!!
