Unprofessional, sale you junk, leaves you stranded

I purchased a car from auto simple. When I got it the trunk wouldn't open they did a we owe said they would fix it and they have still yet to do so. Fast forward a week check engine light cam on in the car it had to have a new thermostat. Two weeks later check engine light came back on and it needed a new catalytic converter. Fast forward a week check engine light came back on needed two different sensors, I called them and they were supposed to have service call to get it in the shop a week later still heard nothing kept calling they would say they were going to have to call me back with yet again no returned calls. I ended up have to buy the parts to fix it myself, this car is under warranty!!! Now after parts replaced fast forward a week and check engine light comes back on yet again. I contacted a manager and let them know also let them know they sold me a lemon and I'd like a different vehicle considering I'm paying 17,000 for this one they get me over to warranty. They told me the car would be towed the next day and I would be proceeded transportation for my work and life needs. They have not done so. Car wasn't towed. I called back and let them know someone needed to call me asap. No call but a tow truck did pick up the car days later. Now the car is in the shop they are saying it needs a new motor… go figure !! But they informed me they do not provide people with transportation so I am and have been stuck now way to get around with kids and a job that I can't get to work. I again requested a different vehicle since this one has had so many problems. They denied it said they are going to replace the motor. Well I keep getting told they will call me back with no call backs. They do not care about the customers only the money they can get out of them. Oh not to mention I have to pay a $100 deductible for them to fix it !!! Something needs to be done about these people. They are horrible. Selling cars that are not properly equipped to be sold then leaving you without. I have been nice but think it is time to get an attorney.

Unprofessional salesman

We were approved for a vehicle at Auto Simple in Chattanooga. We live in Dalton Georgia, so it was about a 30-minute drive or so we proceeded to do the paperwork and we needed to come home to get the title for the trade-in that we were going to trade in and the guy called and told us that there were some questions that they needed to ask about a repossession that occurred 20 years ago. So, we told him that we were disappointed that he's because he said that someone had posted a check for that car that we were getting so we ended up this guy told my husband that our car was a piece of s*** and that we should be lucky that they were willing to help us with a bad credit score and called my husband ignorant and was very demeaning to him it was the most unprofessional experience I've ever witnessed. The car we were trading in did not have a hood for it, it flew off on the interstate so we had ordered a carbon fiber hood that costed $1,000 we went ahead and canceled that order because we weren't going to have the car anymore so now we have a car with no hood and now we have found out that the hood has already shipped back to the manufacturer. Reprimand for this gentleman who was unprofessional as a salesman and as a human being as well
