Hope no other person rides in this uncomfortable & unsafe ride.

I had a ride from waterbury ct. to N.Y. for a medical appt. on Aug. 30th. 2021. Avery cab out of Windsor ct. Driver would not put on a mask, she doesn't like them, still after my request. She ate peanuts the trip going up she wore no mask. driver wore no seat belt. Almost rear ended 3 cars, & said I'm sorry. Driver asked for me to call Dr. & tell them I would be late, I didn't have phone # on me, she replied that's pretty stupid. Asked if I smoked so she could smoke. I was reading a book & put my metal bottle of water on floor board near her & looked up from my book, it was gone. Asked her about it and she said you are only one in back seat, & laughed you most have thrown it out the window, that was closed. Radio was on loud rap all the way up, even on back speakers. If my appt. wasn't so IMPORTANT and farI would have said just take me home. Then she told avery I didn't like her because she is black, which I replied my best friend is black, I judge people never by color. I rode to N.Y. twice with a very nice black driver, & asked for him again. This was the ride from HELL, very uncomfortable, due to loud screaming & safety issues. I hope no other person is put in this uncomfortable & unsafe situation.
