BCA's Summary and Analysis:

A few complainants are not happy with the $25 cancellation fee charged when cancelling a reservation. One complainant cancelled three days before the reservation and one cancelled during the first few hours of his visit. A few other complainants allege the quality of the cabins is poor, unhealthy or unsafe. Specifically, beds were not made, fresh towels were not provided, despite numerous requests and promises by the front desk, and the trash was not removed from the room. Another complainant alleges mice were spotted inside the cabin, the smoke detector did not have a cover, some ceiling and wall panels were peeling off or missing all together, and there was a two inch gap under the front door. The company responded to one complaint by denying a refund based on the customer checking in at 10:42am and then cancelling at 3:45pm. The company contends the customer used the room for five hours. All other complaints remain unanswered.
