Fraud
Bernard Miller was hired & paid $150/month for weekly lawn mows, edge, trim, debris blowing, but never provided any service in July a d has been paid $300 total for only 2 lawn mows. On Wed 6/15 the day we met, I paid him for all of June when he only mowed 2x's vs. 4/month (he mowed 6/15 and last on Sun 6/27). On Sat 7/03 I paid him ANOTHER $150 for month of July, but he has never provided any service as evidenced by Cash App and bank account transactions I can provide proof of and have provided to him. I text him Sat 7/03 to let him know I sent payment, but he did not acknowledge this. Tues 7/05 I text him to ask when he was coming to mow, he replied it was raining (it was not raining in my area) said he was waiting if it would stop, but never came out and or followed up. Thurs 7/07 I text again, he gave excuse of rain and I was next in line, but he didn't show or reply to update me he wasn't coming. Fri 7/08 I asked when he was coming, he said if he wasn't there by 5p that day, he'd be there by 8am the next day. At 5:20p next day Sat 7/09 he had not come nor contact me, so I text him to let him know the business relation was not working out, requested him to please refund me the $150 for July month he never gave service for. He did not reply over refund and when I tried to send him payment request Cash app, it was declined. Sun 7/10 his last text was "there was no payment for July that was a catch up payment". There is nothing to catch up on, this is blatant theft. All I request is a full $150 refund for July which I did not receive 1 single service during.
