I ordered thing on line with them and they stayed it would be here with in 3 to 7 business days and I ordered the stuff on September 2nd and now there saying it was delivered and I still haven't received anything from them yet. Resolution Sought Try to get my money back or my items. I have tracking numbers, AS028469142CN, ASO28436780CN.

To Whom It May Concern There are no records of any orders placed under the customer's email address, phone number or name. The order may have been placed on a fraudulent site. The only two legitimate websites are bedbathandbeyond.com for U.S.A. orders and bedbathandbeyond.ca for Canadian orders. It is recommended that the charge be disputed with their financial institute.

Bed bath and beyond has advertised a closeout sale on items from 75 to 90 off. I ordered 5 items over a month ago which never came though the amount was deducted from my checking account. I tried contacting them 6 times to no avail? Resolution Sought Receive my items I ordered for my wife or a cashiers check for the full amount I paid already.

To Whom It May Concern The order was placed on a fraudulent site. The previous entity of Bed Bath & Beyond stopped accepting orders online in May. The only two legitimate websites are bedbathandbeyond.com for U.S.A. orders and bedbathandbeyond.ca for Canadian orders. It is recommended that the charge be disputed with their financial institute.
