Practice safe distancing guidelines. Limit the amount of people in the store.

The store is not practicing social distancing. The store was crowded heel to heel. No limit to how many people can be in the store. Lines on the floor but customers ignored and couldn't see them because of the crowd.

Firstly, I am sorry that you had anything less than a perfect experience in the store. The store has been busy lately because of customers purchasing masks, hand sanitizer, and fabric to make PPE. We do have the floor marked with 6ft distances, and it has been my experience that most people abide by social distancing guidelines. I am not sure that we are within our rights to do anything more than tape off the floors (as we've done) and suggest following social distancing though. I assure you we are doing everything we can to make the store environment as safe as possible for our customers and employees including disinfecting high touch point areas several times a day, briefing our employees on best practices, providing each of them with personal hand sanitizer and face coverings (which we encourage them to wear, but do not require it because it hasn't been mandated by the government up to this point).
