I had the worst experience ever.

I had the worst experience ever. Besides my family and I being bit up by bed bugs and asking to get switched to another room but they told we couldn't for whatever the reason. We were asked to wait to speak to the GM Helen in the morning. She was the rudest person I have ever met in my life she accused us of bringing the bugs from outside stating they don't bugs and she calls the police on me and my family. When I asked for a refund. I can't believe this person is the General manager she needs to be fired! I'm sure this isn't the first time she's done this. I would like a investigation done on her! she can't keep treat or talk to people the way she does. She's very rude and a very nasty women. This isn't good for Best Western I will keep writing till this women is investigated I'm trying to figure why is she still there.
