We purchased a washing machine on Dec.27 2021.. with 3 month warranty as of now this business has sent us 3 washers and they do not work. He stated he will not refund my $220.00 and does not have any washers for us. I work hard for my money to just give him that amount for nothing please help me resolve this issue. Company called stating they have sent out technicians as well as replaced the washer three times. Customer is not happy with any of the washers but this is also costing company money. He has to pay for the technicians service as well as delivery of each washer, to date he is out $150 in techs and deliveries. Company is willing to offer the last washer, which will be tested at the store a cycle with cloths will be ran, customer will need to pick up and if customer does not agree to that washer, the maximum refund he can offer at this point is $140.00

Consumer states your company failed to replace his refrigerator in a timely manner as promised. On 7/28/2021, consumer states he purchased this refrigerator from Betty's Appliances for $150.00 plus $40 for delivery. Consumer states the refrigerator was delivered and received, however, just after 5 days of owning this appliance it stopped working, which he states caused a hardship since he is a diabetic and needs to keep his meds in there. Consumer states as of today, no resolution has been received. So therefore, consumer is now seeking the assistance of Business Consumer Alliance in obtaining an amicable outcome. Resolution Sought Consumer would like to have the refrigerator replaced and compensated for the food he lost.
