This Place Was Unbelievably Shocking!!!

I am an disabled individual and my land lord is an amazingly nice lady. When the Refrigerator in the apartment finally died after 3 years she had 0 responsibility to replace it. But like I said she is golden, she is by no means rich. She said she would stop by Betty's Appliances and see about getting one She did and they were supposed to deliver it the next day. They did deliver a Refrigerator but it did not work. So she contacts Betty's Appliances and they agree to send out a tech. When he arrives he can see it doesn't work so he opens up the back of it and It was very disturbing their were dead cockroach bodies everywhere!!!! In the entire 4 years we have had this Apartment I have only seen 2 roach looking bugs!! I've had ants and they have always been quickly zapped! Needless to say tech guy was almost unfazed! I was almost climbing walls to get as far away from them as I could! The next fridge wasn't much better it has stopped working less than 6 months later!! My landlord however can't afford to replace it since her hours have been cut at her job. What I want Betty's Appliances to do is stop sending out appliances you wouldn't want in your own homes, second I want them to always check your appliances prior to selling. Be an asset to the people of the City of San Bernardino!
