we are all extremely upset. If they couldn't provide they shouldn't of lied and we could of made other arrangements

Confirmed with this company 3 times for taxi service to LAX on ,5/24/22 for 3:30 am our flight time was 5:38. I was told 3 times that the ride was set up. The other 3 passengers and I stood outside from 3:25 until 5:10, waiting for this cab. I called several times saying where y'all at, I got a different story every time. One of the ladies even hanged up on me. Needless to say, we all missed our flight and this company didn't give a damn! During one of our calls a guy said we are looking for someone to pick you up and I said looking for someone, I said "no my ride was already booked and confirmed" long story short no one showed up. We ended up calling a lift, but still missed our flight. We were on the road waiting on them since 3:25 am and because of the missed flight, we sat in the airport for 8 hours waiting on the next flight. Ended up going to Newark New In and caught another plane back to SC. I didn't get home until almost 2am. It's there fault and we are all extremely upset. If they couldn't provide they shouldn't of lied and we could of made other arrangements?
