I just want others to be aware of how this company treats their customers.

When I took my W2 forms in, I had to fill out my bank information. I didn't know my routing number, but I knew all the other information. They told me that since I have been coming there several years and that my bank information was still the same, that they would get my routing number from my previous files. Instead of pulling up my file to get the routing number, they just got the routing number for my bank. So, they searched the wrong bank name and the routing number was wrong. So, my tax refund was sent to the wrong bank. When I talked to the owner of Bookkeeping Plus, she got really hateful with me and told me to come get the money that they charged me and to never come in there again. She was trying to say that it was my fault. They never apologized or try to find out what happened. Since they gave me my money back, there's really not anything they can do. I just want others to be aware of how this company treats their customers.
