Customer Complaint

I had placed an order with Botach on March 22, 2021. I received an update that my order status was changed along with a tracking shipment number. The order still shows as Label Created and I feel that they either weren't honest to inform me that the product was NOT in stock and had no problem charging my credit card for the full amount. I sent an email through their customer service email portal on March 26 and I received a reply back from someone named Joselin on March 30th. She informed that the order was in process of shipping, label was created, and they had an "influx of orders causing delays". I emailed her again on April 4, and April 7, no response. On April 7th, I requested that to cancel my order and refund my credit along with a email confirmation that for may records. Yesterday, I emailed again and attached a screen shot of the order to please cancel my order. So I continue to not responses nothing an automated email indicating that someone will reply back to me in 2 business days due to limited staff. It's been a week since the response and 14 business days since ordering and nothing. I'm just asking to cancel and refund my credit card back the charges. This business is very dishonest and more importantly, lacks communication with its customers. They need not use Covid as an excuse be practice business ethics by reaching out to their customers especially after charging their credit cards. More importantly are other people getting getting scammed by Botach? Resolution Sought I would like the business to reply back with an order cancellation email and refund the charge of $172.14 back to my credit card. It's not much that I ask. I understand the situation of Covid and challenges that it had on businesses. I've order products from other small business competitors of Botach and received my orders, open communication, and ethical. No excuses.
