Incompetent & Rude

I had been a patient for more than 20 years. In the last 12 months I have been lied-to by the staff, most recently about the "…insurance requirement " of wellness visits, as I am above 65 yrs of age. In fact, neither the Medicare nor the Supplemental insurance require wellness visits. I was told by the Reps of those providers that medical offices engage in "…SCAMS." of this nature to bill more. In the past 12 months I have been given incorrect information about my health, and have cut a vacation short to go to the office, as instructed, only to find out once there, that the information I was given was again WRONG. There was no apology & when I, on a subsequent date, saw the doctor, Kim Petruso was unconcerned when I told her that I had repeatedly been given incorrect inforyby her staff and even treated rudely. She behaved angry at me for my complaint about her staff. Believe me, you can find other doctors' offices that are immensely better than this one.
