Ultimately they need to apologize for their part in mishandling this situation with my mom.

Brook Plaza Surgery Center does not know how to handle patients with Mental Illnesses. I took my mom their twice and told them the my mom had Dementia and Alzheimer's. I told them I needed to go inside with her to sign papers and answer all of the questions. They refused to let me inside both times. The first time they let her sit for two hours by herself. The second time one hour by herself. She didn't know why she was there, and what was going to happen to her. This is abuse! They need training in Mental Illnesses. They need to update there system so documents can be signed online.
