The workers that they have in there are rude, racist, and never are really willing to accommodate anyone.

This particular location I never really go to because I feel like the staff is racist towards blacks/African American people . I have had numerous problems with them, therefore, I only go to the airport to get my rentals. but upon my search this location was my only option at the time to go. I was supposed to get a rental at 12.00 p.m. and now it is 3.15 and I am just now getting the rental, which was dirty and a big mess and he told me 45- hour to get it cleaned ! He was very rude; he told me I didn't have to come there and that I can go somewhere else and don't come back here next time! He was very rude, the guy name is Jason. I am usually having a bad experience with the guy there his name is Rick but he had left that day only to come and deal with someone more racist than him customer service was horrible today and I'm hurt that's it people out here in this world that treat people a certain way .
