Let other customers know of their bad business practices. Inflated repairs and prices.

Frequently allowed Budget Transmission to service my vehicles. Repairs ranged from major jobs like transmission rebuild and suspension system overhaul, to brake repair and replacements. I trusted that the company was living up to their statement of providing quality service. It was not until recently that I began to question the ethics of business practice provided by Budget. In January 2018 I had issues with my brakes. I took my vehicle a 2015 Kia Optima, with very low miles to Budget and was advised that I would need a complete front brake job. I agreed and they completed the job. In November 2018 this same vehicle started having brake issues. Instead of taking my car immediately back to Budget I asked a neighbor, who is certified in auto mechanic, to take a look. After examination it was determined that I would need to have the pads replaced. But on recommendation I should also have the rotors examine. It was suggested since it has not been a year from the original repairs that I should contact Budget and have them take a look. The vehicle was examine by a tech at Budget and the conclusion was that I needed a complete brake job. 700.00. I was first told that there was a warranty on the rotors but then later not so. Long story short, it was discovered by another auto tech not affiliated with Budget that there was dusk and particle between the rotors.
