Poor customer service.

Came to eat with my family. Order took very long. Saw a couple who sat down 15min after us and they received there food so we contacted the manager to see what's going on and spoke to Amber and when she came she was being very unprofessional and being a smart ass. Nor did they apologize and once we received our wings they were very dry so we called over manager and stated if they can put more sauce and that if it's going to take 15min because we have our food already and her response was "yes it can take between 12min-15min" with a grin so they made us very furious how she was acting towards us . After complaints we made thru Amber not once did we get refills at our table we had to wave down a server to get a refill for my son. The way we were treated by Amber was very unprofessional.

I would like the company to discipline her for her actions. You do not treat customers this way. I come her to eat and pay for my meal and not be treated with attitude here at the buffalo wild wings at Buena park mall.
