Took my gift card and I had to call the police to get it back.

I visited burger king i had a 25$ gift card placed my order it was $17 when arriving to the window they could not get the gift card to work said they didn't know how to make it work I was trying to explain to them that it says on the back tell cashier to run as credit they were very rude I had to give my food back they lady in window wouldn't give my card back I had to call police to get it back the manager was a black lady and she was very rude even the office said she was rude to them as having experience in the food industry I wouldn't dare have such a rude disrespectful racist wan working for my company I will make sure that anyone I know never goes back to this burger king as long as that rude lady is employed there! She is a disgrace to your company. I would like her to apologise for not giving me my gift card back and upsetting my child because I had to call police to get my card back!
