Burger King reviews

Fire the manager and be sure this NEVER happens again. How horrible.

This business offers a play place for the younger children to enjoy while also eating. Today my family and I stopped in and ordered our food. As we sat down to wait on our order up my son notices this play area which indeed had three other children playing in it and we decided why not sure we'll get our food and you can play. We sat in that area and enjoyed watching him play ate our food and just as we were getting ready to leave the manager on shift came into the play area and announced that there had been an accident up in the very top portion of the play area that a kid had taken a poop or somebody Peed up there and that the play area has been closed. We had been in there for a good 25-30 minutes before anything was even mentioned to us she had mentioned there's a sign on the door you didn't see it I said no I didn't there's a lot of signs around here and it didn't look any different than anything else and there was another family playing in there so we thought it was fine. I said maybe you should put a wet floor sign up or just block it off so this doesn't happen again. Manager turned her back and walked away, very unprofessional very unsanitary and very bad. The reason why it hadn't been cleaned up immediately like it should have been is this coming from the manager herself is because they had been to busy to get to that yet. I pray my son doesn't get ill/sick from this encounter that was very badly brought to the publics attention. dated today 712/19 At 7:04 pm.
