This finance company repossessed my with with being 23 days late on 1 monthly payment and when talking with them I had told them that I would be making the payment to them on the 20th which was 3 business days after I talked with them. That same day they set up a repo on the vehicle. Then after the repo happened wouldn't give me any info on what and where the car was stored at then the day after this company told me that they no longer wanted to work with me and that they no longer have my contract and can't give me any information on how to get my vehicle back and told me to call the dealership where I purchased the vehicle from. The dealership and finance company both are not giving me any info on my vehicle and told me that I pretty much have to take the repo and not get my car back. Resolution Sought I would like the business to abide by the law and give me a chance to get my vehicle back and continue to receive my monthly payment for the vehicle.

Disgusting customer service. Absolutely a worthless company to finance through. The payment is late and I get calls several times a day. We explained to these rude people who claim to be professional, that the car was traded in and the dealership is sending the pay off check and to stop calling. I was informed today that because sometimes a dealer says they will pay they don't. I advised him that I should not be held by something that has happened with another customer. The lady from the call 5 minutes before i called him and I use that term lightly stated the dealership called today for the payoff amount and address. He again argued the point. I then asked if his neighbor doesn't pay his electric bill should his be shut off as well. His answer was no. I advised him we will file suit if they continue to harass us and he said go ahead. So of course with that attitude I decided that I would ruin his day as well and became a complete jerk om the phone but never raised my voice yet he did and tried to talk over me. I also advised him to make sure he notes in his system that each and every time they call they will be treated badly and I will be as rude as I possibly can. He said okay. This company is out of control. I will be filing a law suit for harassment. I have this with name they have the account under even though I have spoken to them several times to give them the correct spelling. Resolution Sought I would like this "business" to stop harassing its customers and to close the doors. If this is how the owner Corey Leyton does business he should be banned from ever dealing with any human ever.
