This place has the most horrible customer service.

4 days ago, this place has the most horrible customer service that you can ever f*ing imagine. This has been the worst two years of my life and if I knew how to get out of this contract to go to a different lender, God knows that I would. I f*ing hate these people - rude as f*. One person will tell you that you can create a payment arrangement then the other person will blow you up and make threats to cut your car off while your driving it. Which is illegal harassment!!! I've been called names, been told I'm lying! Verbally abusing people and harassing! You guys are ridiculous!!! We've even been told they don't have to be nice when they speak us - I worked in collections for years and never have I had to harass or mistreat anyone to get payment ! They are BULLY COLLECTORS- say things that they know are out of line . I've gained anxiety from this bs. I will make sure I do something about their business !! COMPLETELY SAD! Honestly they just need better management that can be over the staff that you speak with, then I wouldn't have this problem or give me to a different lender .

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

This company is the worst company that I have ever dealt with . They are unprofessional and lack customer service skills. I have had two Loans with them and if I wish I could take back my business. With this company please don't ever fall on hard times because that will act as if you are stealing and will attempt to repo your car. I am down to my last three payments and they are acting extremely unprofessional . But it ok after these last three payment I will never do nay business with them EVER AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEAGTIVE RATING I WOULD.
