Went into this nail shop I was belittled by them calling me a crybaby because the tech was removing my nails ruff and causing damage to my nail and not only that nipping my skin with electrical file. I only snatched back my hand because it was a natural reaction when something nip anat your skin . They told me they felt uncomfortable to even give me service after I explained that I was ok . The tech then stated we don't do crybabies go somewhere else! She then stated that she was going to be ruff with my hands and as a customer I come to relax and get my nails done and be treated that way. I just wanted my nails to look good for my Aunt funeral. I felt less of a person because I pay good money for service to get treated like that. Another tech finished my nails and she was very nice about it. Customer service there SUCKS ! It's a shame we as a community is what keeps businesses going . If it wasn't for the customer there would not be a business … This place almost make me feel less of a person how I was treated and top of that highly embarrassed! After all of that the tech that was rude ask me you need some wine to calm down . I told her I do not drink. Great way offering alcohol to a person that felt belittled and embarrassed… That's the crazy part!
