Awful service

Unfortunately, my HOA hires this company as the current property management and they have been nothing but horrific from the first phone call they are rude and don’t seem to care, to their lack of knowledge and you are transferred around the company until you are left with a voicemail for someone to call you back. They never call you during business hours as they really do not want to help you so they return calls after 5pm in a effort to get your voicemail and force you to call back to a recording to avoid your calls at all times. Then there is their web presence what a joke, automated reply and again nobody with any ability to help you accomplish your task. This company is an absolute joke and if your HOA is looking for a property management AVOID AVOID AVOID cardinal property management at all cost as they will only make things worse for you community! Simply requested maintenance repair for my deck, lack of response, awful customer service very bad experience and due to the HOA choice of this AWFUL company, it’s part of my association and I am pissed.
