Hard to deal with

I ordered 2 bras from them. The picture showed them with cups. I am a D cup. I was tired of my straps slipping off my shoulders. When I got the bras, tried one on, found out they must be for mastectomy patients as they had NO cups, fit was wonky at best. Did not cover the front chest evenly. Could not get my hand in to arrange the breast correctly. They fit around the rib cage fine, just not the boobs. Contacting the company was another nightmare. They put the blame on me, their solution was a bigger size. Did not need bigger just better. Again mastectomy. They wanted me to do an exchange. Anything to keep my money and more. In the coarse of emails I asked each time for the shipping address as the envelope they come in has nothing. The web site does not provide the return information, nor is there a phone number to call. Finally they sent me the shipping address after numerous requests, would return my money only after getting a postal receipt with tracking and sent them a picture of such. They are the hardest company I've dealt with, excluding China. DO NOT order from this company. If you do you will be very disappointed with yourself.
