We were treated like we had done something so wrong after they towed our cars from a parking lot 2701 Freedom Drive.

This company needs to be shut down we were treated like we had done something so wrong after they towed our cars from a parking lot 2701 Freedom Drive. We had no idea we couldn't park for a couple of hours. Not only did they tow our cars they totaled my nieces truck and did not even file a police report they we so cruel in their actions and so rude with my whole family who could barely afford to even get our cars. Had my niece not called the police while were trying to get ours cars there is no telling what that company would have done. There is an employee named Larry who was aggressive and agitated everyone who was there trying to get their cars back. Post better signage for people to understand about them Towing. And fire every staff they have or off better training for customer service.
