I trade-in a car I got from Carvana to get another car with them. There was A Zero cash down no payment needed but there was a non-refundable amount for 290.00 for shipping and handling and registrations for NY. The new vehicle was received, and the car note and a payment for the new car was made. The new Car has been in my possession for the past 2 months already. Now Carvana is saying there was a mishandled with paperwork on there behalf and are now asking me to pay 12,300 for the vehicle I currently drive along with them asking me to resign documents to complete and fix there mistake. I need help because I don't feel I should liable to pay that if they messed up the paperwork on their end and the car has already been shipped to me Please can someone tell me what to do.... or where I can go to fight this?? Resolution Sought Apply that amount to the loan I already have so that I can continue with driving this car and making my car note payments. Because of there mistake I shouldn't have to be effect or pay anything since my original contact stayed NO cash payment down.

Dear ladies and gentlemen, As a hard-working American taxpayer, I hope to gain your utmost attention in this matter that is inflicting unnecessary stress to my mental health and well-being and is a strong violation of my rights to quiet peace and enjoyment. I'm writing you to file a formal complaint against Mr. Garcia, The founder of Carvana for unethical and harassing behavior following a purchase of a car from this company about FOUR YEARS AGO?? I purchased a car from Carvana without any knowledge of Mr. Garcia's criminal background. After discovery this information and on top of that the car was sold to me with a battery that lasted about three weeks! so I made the decision to return the car. However, since then the company or collection agency from Mr. Garcia has been harassing me for almost 4 years for payments, despite the fact that I have already returned the vehicle in accordance with the company' policies. This behavior is not only harassing and unprofessional but also constitutes a violation of my consumer protection rights and such behaviour is also a direct violation of consumer protection laws and regulations. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter in accordance to federal and state laws and regulations and ensuring that all individuals involved in this matter are held fully accountable for their criminal behavior and I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and any assistance that you can provide addressing this. Resolution Sought STOP HARASSING ME??? I am 62 years old and a HARDWORKING AMERICAN TAX PAYER??
