I was contacted by Edwardo Rodriguez's who stated he was calling from Apple Pay. I received a text from Apple Pay stating they were going to take 142.00 out of my bank account and I. Order to dispute the charges I needed to call this number. I called and I spoke to Eduardo who was going to help me solve this problem. He then transferred me to a lady named Ann she then had me go to Cash App and to send this $100 to it , I informed her I couldn't loose this money because it was for my rent. I'm 75 yrs old and I stress when you start talking about my money. I live on Social Security and a job. My bank Chase denied the amount then she had me do $150 and Case denied that. She asked me if I had Venmo I told her yes. Then she had me do $92.70 to this company Youwei again I told her I couldn't loose this money and she reassured me I would not be loosing my money then she had me send $648.90 again I told her I couldn't loose this money again she said she was helping me to clear up the situation the last thing Ann asked me to do was to contact someone I trusted and I told her my son, she went on to say to use him for this money and I told her I wouldn't do that at that time she hung up the phone. When I checked my bank account the money had been sent to Cash App. I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and they informed me I would have to go through Cash App or the company. I contacted Cash App about the fraudulent activity and they refunded the $92.90 but they denied the $648 Resolution Sought I would like to get the rest of my money back. I can't afford to loose that kind of money. I tried to appeal the $648.70 but they denied that also. Cash App knew this was a fraud case and they ignored part of it. They should be held responsible .
