Can't argue. With company policy. I won't go there again!
They callled the next day and said basically those are terms and conditions. No proration

As a customer no one should ever feel badgered into keeping a service that they don't want.
I called to cancel my service and then spent an additional 30 minutes being badgered by TJ, the representative, trying to get me not to cancel my service. I told the representative no less than 10 times that I just want my service cancelled, which he refused to do. I then demanded that I be connected to a supervisor. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before speaking to anyone. The manager was able to cancel my service and apologize for the representative. As a customer no one should ever feel badgered into keeping a service that they don't want.
