Bought a wedding set from them less then a year ago, the engagement ring has lost 5 diamonds already, we was the 1st couple to buy a set from this jeweler store and have had nothinh but issues! 5 diamonds have fallen out of my rings, I have been told not to wear them while gardening(which I do not garden) washing dishes, cooking, lifting things, working( my job is at home sitting and typing on a computer) cleaning the house, because diamonds would fall out.. Now this was said to me after the 4th diamond fell out, and on the 5th diamond I was told its just a ring its no big deal diamonds fall out all the time!! Hello its not just a ring its my wedding set! I do not like how I am treated and spoke to and takes 2 plus weeks to fix it each time. I am spending 70 plus dollars each time to over night it to them n waiting weeks to get it back and having to call them for any updates. All this in less then a year! My ring does not look the same as it did when I bought it because of needing diamonds replaced so much. I was even told on 1 repair it was because my finger is so small they had to resize it n its just so small of a resize so it cant hold diamonds properly. I feel like ive been ripped off. My heart breaks everytime a diamond falls out n I have to send it in and breaks even more trying to talk to anyone at this place. I cry so much each time. I even have my husband or daughter call cause I get so upset. I was promised it was great quality and that was a lie Resolution Sought At this point a refund so I can just buy a wedding set that will not fall apart every 2 to 3 months. If anyone has every bought a wedding set then they should know spending 3500 dollars you expect quality that will not fall apart like this.. I wish I could get something for all this place has put me threw but at this point just being done with Cherish Jewelers is the best. I do not know what will happen to this ring and how many more repairs will be needed just not fair to be sold this..

Purchased ring on 3/13/21 (copy provided to BCA for review). On 5/15/21, she had knocked out a diamond at work at Wal-Mart. We replaced at no cost to her, (Copy provided to BCA for review). On 7/10/2021, she had knocked off prings at work at Wal-Mart. We fixed it at no cost, (copy provided to BCA for review). On 1/21/22, she said a diamond was missing when we look at the ring a diamond was shattered 1/2 of diamond was in the ring and I call her and told her that it was shattered (copy to BCA for review) and I would fix it at no cost to her. We have went beyond what we should do for this customer. Every issue she's had we have addressed at no cost. We have stood behind our product 100%.

I was not working at walmart on those days, my last day at Walmart was in April because I was on leave for health issues n decided I could not return and have been working from home for a company called Conduent doing the ebb/acp/and lifeline program for the government. I started that job June 1st had my interview May 15th,I worked at Caseys gas station month of may as cashier till starting at conduent cause my knee was so bad. I stated this over n over to them n told them I physically can not hardly move around I do not even leave to go shoppin I order online n have it delivered cause it hurts to walk. They just woukd not listen n kept tryin to find excusses on why it would fall out. Each time I was either sitting at my desk typing or woke up from sleepin n notice stones missing, I sleep only 2 to 4 hrs a night if that due to health issues. I can prove my work history n my health issues to show I worj from home n have been to show cherish jewelry is lying in their statement and clearly did not listen to me and making things up as they want to find reasons to try and blame me for poor quality and stones falling out and the same stone at that. The never called I had to call them.

Number (1) issue she has lost 5 diamonds. This is a FAULTS STATEMENT. Number (2) issue she stated- she was not told just no big deal diamonds fall out all the time. This is a FAULTS STATEMENT diamonds do not fall out all the time because this cost the store to replace. Number (3) she stated- she did not like the way she was treated. She was treated with respect just like all of our customers. We have great customer servers that our standard we go above what the customer is expecting and we have done that with Jenifer. Number (4) on 5/15/21 replaced a missing diamond she had knocked out at work (Walmart). We replaced at no cost to customer. Number (5) on 7/10/21 re-tips 10 prongs that were knocked off no missing diamonds. This was not a problem with the ring nor was it a defect with the ring. This was due to the way the ring was being worn and it's not normal wear. Number (6) on 1/21/22 replace missing diamond Replace missing diamond. This diamond was shattered in the ring and I called Jenifer and discussed this. That ½ of the diamond was in the ring and I would replace it at no cost to her. That we would replace missing diamond and fix the prongs that were missing.
