We ordered flowers from 1 800 flowers. The order was supposed to include flowers and cookies from Cheryl's. We paid an extra sum to be guaranteed a one day delivery. The flowers arrived but not the cookies. We called to complain and were told we would receive a refund of $40.98 in 10 days. Confirmation order #315394867...WE NEVER RECEIVED IT IN THE 10 PERIOD I just called and they claim it was refunded..but does not show up on any of my accounts. I'm disgusted..not because of the money but the negligence of this company. I have been on phone with for an hour with still no resolve. Please advise. We will never ever buy from 800 flowers and Cheryl's Cookies as well. Resolution Sought I want my refund.
