I'm trying to stop continual charges on my credit card. I ONLY wanted to donate ONCE!! They are taking money EVERY MONTH! There is no phone number to stop it. I tried to call the credit card company and they wouldn't let me talk to a person to explain. I want the charges STOPPED!!! Resolution Sought I would like the money refunded and NO FURTHER CHARGES to WINRED to be made!!

On 12/22/24 I received a call on my cell with a vague message. I attempted to call back-a nightmare so I hung up. I went out and same number called so I called back again. I finally got a person. She was useless and would not identify herself or what the call was about. I asked repeatedly! She just wanted my phone number. I said I had to enter my SS that should be good enough. It wasn't for her. Please note I have 2 Citi cards. She never said which one. I was not going to give more information. I felt like this was a FRAUD call. So I said u can't answer me I won't answer you and hung up. On 12/27/24 I received my bill. My payment due was 148$? I noticed they received my 100$ payment on 12/1/24. I then noticed I had a few of 30$?! So I called. It was in a collection department?!! She said I sent in 100$ and it should have been 102$ I was TWO dollars shot and you charged me 30$ for an innocent SMALL mistake?! Yup that's what they do. I said to her I have been a long outstanding very good customer and I always pay my bills on time and always send more. As usual they blame the automated system. She then tells me that I have to pay the $148 to keep my account up. I said I was not going to pay the $30. I told her I would send in $120 and I did that day. But I was not going to pay $30 and I wanted it removed. She said she would put in a request If the request was granted they would credit me back the 30$ to my CC?! I said no. I wanted a manager she said no! I will not pay 30$ Resolution Sought Remove the fee
