I have applied 3x to Citibank, and have been declined. In 2018 I had a Citicard & a Bloomingdales cc which was affiliated under Citibank, which were closed without warning. I sent a letter inquiring why but never received a reply. Between 2018 & 2025 Bloomingdales changed over banks. This September 2025, Bloomingdales, which is under Macy's Inc, has gone back to Citibank and my card was closed. I have sent a letter disputing their decision which Citibank replied back with a new letter requesting me to send them a copy of my credit score & the my last statement. I am also an employee of Bloomingdales & it is in my contract that I am entitled to their employee discount. It has been 6 weeks and I can not get an answer why I am being declined. I have a very high credit score & no balance on my statement. Can someone please help?? Resolution Sought Provide me with a cc or at least give me a reason why they closed my acct.

Citibank is unable to verify my bank account with Social Security number address phone number in order for me to access the bank account. I have spoke with five different individuals and they need a checking account information which was set up in order to access the credit card which I have. I do not have any checking account information and therefore they were unable to help me login. This bank advertises customer service and online banking. They are unable to verify accounts using personal information this bank needs to go out of business and not be allowed to to service customers if they are going to be an online banking with no customer support please contact Citibank on my behalf as I need to access my account in order to pay on it. Resolution Sought Access to checking account that was open at the time of applying for a credit card. I do not have any emails for the checking account so I am not sure if it even exist, but I'm unable to login per the customer service rep saying that they are linked they were unable to link without the checking account number, but of course, if I had it, I would be able to go in and do it myself. I have been on the app and been using it, but it logged me out and I was unable to log back in with my account number
