I had a terrible experience with the representatives at Citibank. There were seven transactions on my checking account that I did not make and do not recognize; yet, despite this, they have refused to conduct a thorough review of the case. This is definitely a bank that lacks a department with sufficient experience and clarity regarding fraud matters. I have spent about three weeks unable to access my account, and they processed a reversal without notifying me that the case would be permanently closed. If we manage to resolve this issue, I will close this account and leave negative feedback for this bank, which I do not recommend. I need to get my money back; when one deposits money in a bank, it is with the hope that it will be safe and that incidents like this will not occur. Resolution Sought Full Refund

Dear Citi Bank, My checking account is in California at rancho Cordova brank. I got no replies from your customer service. I am deported from USA to Pakistan. My Citibank complain number is 1771720755440. I was in jail since March 13, 2013 and released on February 20, 2026 after doing my time. Now I am deported to Pakistan. At the date of arrest my available balance was around $41,000.
