$50000.00 fraudulent wire transfer. 9 months pregnant

I had $50000.00 fraudulently wired out of my acct in 4 mins and they initially told me it was my fault because I was scammed. Someone hacked or spoofed my phone. I never gave out my username and password. I am 9 months pregnant. I just relocated and quit my job to raise my baby for a few months. Any other company would have blocked my online acct, or held my money for longer then 0 seconds so I can call in and block the transfer. I am a nurse and I am on Public assistance for the first time in my life. CITIBANK DESTROYED MY LIFE. They have no online security. When I had Wells Fargo if I logged in on my phone and my pc around the same time my access was denied. THIS IS MY LIFES SAVINGS and any other bank would have protected it for longer than 4 mins. I called right away and was placed on a long hold just saying the money is gone to a person I have never heard to a bank on the other coast and they refused to call the bank. The other bank could be helping me find the person, but Citibank is not doing enough to reach them

Horrible company and crooks! Never do business with them!

Well I've been waiting to hear back from anyone since I filed a complaint 5/21/21 and i get a lousy email on 6/7/21 which took longer than the 15 days that I was told it would take telling me there is nothing that can be done for me and no one could explain to me why a system error put funds onto my card and I was never informed by phone or email! I spend the money not knowing it wasn't my financial institution that DID NOT provide the funds and all the while CITI BANK knew it was because of a system error as 1 of your representatives said accidentally and then the next lady I spoke with tried to cover it up and act like she didn't know why the first lady I talked to said that! You know what...I'm glad you all are refusing to help me and just an fyi to people banking or getting any services through CITI BANK please DON'T DO IT! THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY and will not help fix ANY situation that their bank has caused! I've read some horrible complaints that haven't been fixed and I'm 1 of the many whom you all have FAILED! To put on my complaint adjustments have been made is a LIE! The only thing you all adjusted is making me believe you were going to do something for the mistake on your company's end and all the while all those emails sent to me about getting to the bottom of things was a crock! You all couldn't even give me a phone call to let me know you weren't going to correct this issue but you sure did know how to send me thousands of emails! I know why! Guilty people can't ever face or speak when they are wrong! Cowards send emails! You all have done NOTHING to correct what was a screw up on your end and now I have to suffer for it! Thats ok...I won't be paying any of the negative balance on this card and I would advise everyone who sees this don't do business with this crooked company or something may happen to you!
