I would like citylift to be more compassionate when it comes to handicapped people

My husband and I both use City lift as transportation to get about in the city. We mostly use it to get to and from doctor appointment. They're not too bad about picking you up taking you to your appointment, but as far as returning home, we have waited as much as 2 hours to be picked up. Last Friday the 21st, they were almost 2 hours late picking my husband up from the doctor's office to bring him home. The doctor's office had actually closed, but the girls were nice enough to stay with him until City lift arrived. I know they are short-handed, like everyone else, but this service is very important to us who are disabled. As far as other choices for transportation for us, there really aren't any. My husband is in a wheelchair, and citylift is about his only choice to get to appointments. I would like citylift to be more compassionate when it comes to handicapped people, especially those in wheelchairs. I think that doctor appointments are more important than a shopping trip to Walmart.
