Buyer Beware!!!

More than a month after paying for Trump Coins, I don't have the coins nor a tracking number nor an explanation. Starting now to locate company officers and demand answers.

Do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy anything from this company. If you have any problems with your order or can't download the programs you have bought, you will get zero help from them. They have a process whereby you can ask for assistance which will generate an official-looking "ticket," complete with a tracking number and everything. So far, so good. However, their promise in their automated receipt that someone will get back to you within the next two business days is a lie. No one will ever get back to you. You can add other comments, concerns, or queries to the "ticket," you can "escalate" it when you get no response at all. You will just be wasting your time. It will generate another automated receipt, which will assure you again that someone will be replying to you within the next two days. All lies. Eventually, after about a month (assuming you keep the "ticket" "active" by adding some comment every few days), the "ticket" will be automatically closed, because of "inactivity." Of course, the only reason it is "inactive" is because no one there will ever respond to your concerns, no matter what you write or how often you complain. Once the "ticket" is closed, it cannot be reopened, although there is a button to click on for this. It will just disappear into the ether without reopening your complaint, though. I have never encountered a merchant, whether online or in the brick-and-mortar world, with less concern for customer satisfaction than this outfit evinces. They are in a class all by themselves in their dishonesty and absolute unconcern for the legitimate complaints of what could otherwise be a repeat customer. They simply do not care. Nor do they care enough to respond to inquiries from the Business-Consumer Alliance, either. I have never seen anything this bad in all the time I have been a consumer. I repeat, do not buy anything from them.
