They don't care what your situation is they want their money

They ask for very high down payments and DO NOT want to show you the car fax, I ask them several times and they kept ignoring me trying to make it sound like they were going to give me free stuff which they never did, you're one day late on your payment they'll shut your car off. That's a big embarrassment you're at the store. I have auto insurance my own and they keep saying that it's not active because they want us to use their auto insurance, they keep trying to bump up my payment because they are saying I don't have auto insurance which I fax and emailed them my insurance cards like 50 times. When you call to make a payment you stay on hold for al most a hour and if you don't make your payment they will shut the car off, when you finally able to talk to someone they are all rude and they never ever want to work with you, they don't care what your situation is they want their money. I would like for those rip offs to be closed
